Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in North America. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations. 

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 7 to 14 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. 

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Sales are final on custom orders, with the only exception being an error made by us in the order process. Exchanges and returns are of course welcome within 10 days of delivery for unworn or unused items that are still in their original packaging only. We however advise you to measure yourself first and provide measurements on the products' page to avoid items not fitting right. There is a 15% restocking fee for non customized orders.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label you returned in the original package, and send it back to us.
